Lots are available for selection and contract once the buyer(s) have been pre-qualified with a licensed lender and/or the USDA-Direct packager.

Based on the date of prequalification, the buyer(s) will be contacted for lot selection and, ultimately, contracted for purchase.

You MUST have a dated prequalification to be eligible for lot selection and contract.

All contracts will be prioritized by the date of prequalification only.
